Mapo Tofu (Korean-style)
Mapo tofu is a popular Chinese dish in which small tofu cubes are braised in a spicy chili bean paste-based sauce.
Ingredients
- 14 Tofu
- 4 Ground Pork
- 0.5 Onion (Medium)
- 2 Scallion
- 1tbsp Garlic (Minced)
- 0.25 Bell Pepper (Red)
- 0.25 Bell Pepper (Green)
- 2 Vegetable Oil
- 1tbsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Pepper Flakes)
- 2 Soya Sauce
- 1tbsp Doenjang (Korean Fermented Soybean Paste)
- 0.5tbsp Gochujang
- 1tsp Sugar
- 2 Sesame Oil
- 1tbsp Corn Starch
