- 1/2cup Dried Chickpeas
- 5 Garlic
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1tbsp Olive Oil
- 300 Cubed Lamb
- 1tsp Salt
- 1tsp Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 5tsp Ras-el-hanout Spice Blend
- 1tbsp Ginger
- 1 Tin of tomatoes
- 250ml Chicken Stock
- 1/2cup Dried Apricots
- 120g Couscous
- 1tbsp Fresh Coriander
