Ingredients
For the filling
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Semolina flour (fine)
- 3 1/2 cups Whole milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 1 Oranges zest
For the pastry
- 12 phyllo pastry sheets
- 1 cup of unsalted butter - melted
